Reservations & Quotes

Quotes are estimates and are confirmed once a reservation is accepted. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Please provide accurate pick-up details, passenger counts, and timing so we can serve you properly.

Payments

Payment is processed through our secure booking and payment providers. Rates, gratuities, tolls, parking, and applicable taxes may apply as outlined at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Passenger Conduct & Safety

For everyone's safety, passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the chauffeur's reasonable instructions. Luxor Coach reserves the right to refuse or end service in cases of unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behaviour. Any damage caused to a vehicle may be charged to the responsible party.

Delays & Liability

While we guarantee our commitment to punctuality, Luxor Coach is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or road closures. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
